Dear Sir/Madam Hope You are fine and doing well. I am Hisham Abourayana. I have received an eVisa LBY-25-001198-01 and LBY-25-001892-01 for my daughters Ghofran and Nouran. My wife and my youngest son have an Irish passport. I can’t apply online for my 14 years old son Hammam Abourayana as he doesn't have an IRP card because he is less than 16, and when I contacted the agency, they asked me to apply for the sticker visa through the embassy or consulate. Please, can you guide me, how can I make an appointment to make his application and what are the required documents? Kind regards Hisham
